In interest of fairness, there are no holds on any of the floor model sale pieces.

• All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or in-store credit.
• All sale items are sold in as-is condition. We try our best to show any damages in the product photos and description at the bottom of each product page.
• The supplier warranty is void on all floor model items.
• Your purchase isn’t secured until you complete the checkout process.

• We ask that all floor model purchases are picked up or delivered by March 7th.
• If your purchase includes large items, please ensure that you bring enough strong hands to help load it into your vehicle. The Tuck team can assist in bringing your order to the front door but cannot help with loading.
• Our pickup hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm, and we ask that you notify before you come so that we can have your item(s) ready.
• Floor model pieces do not include boxes or packaging, so it’s recommended that you bring blankets to protect your purchase.
• If you prefer to have your item(s) delivered, please reach out to our team, and we’re happy to book through one of our third-party delivery services.
• Deliveries within Greater Saint John are $100+ tax.
